A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified SerivceNow Implementation Specialist, serves as Chief Executive Officer for integrateIT. David graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in finance and business administration. After graduation, David worked as a financial analyst at KPMG and as a consultant with Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton. David is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and mission of integrateIT, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Over the past 16 years with integrateIT, David has collaborated with customers to manage several programs and lead a variety of portfolio management implementations. David sits on the board of Yellow Ribbons United and the Jason Beach Foundation. David is the host my the MyBizness podcast, where he has interviewed several business leaders within entertainment, business and sports. He also enjoys writing about his business on his own blog, My Bizness.
David joined INTEGRATEIT in 2006.
President and founder of integrateIt, graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems. After graduation, he completed General Electric’s prestigious Information Management Leadership Program at their headquarters in Fairfield, CT. He then moved to the Northern Virginia area where he served in a project management role for both Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems prior to starting integrateIT in 2004. He spends his free time coaching and serving as the President of the Annandale North Springfield Little League. Geoff also enjoys writing his business blog, The Entrepreneurial Spirit.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, serves as integrateIT’s Vice President of Information Technology. Doug has over 35 years of IT experience in a broad range of functional skills and information technologies implementations: Database design and administration; Application development; Portfolio Management process and tools implementation, Project Management process and tools implementation, Network LAN/WAN design; UNIX and Windows servers administration and operations; storage solutions design and implementation; and security assessment and accreditation. Most recently, Doug has been instrumental in implementing Strategic IT Plans and Budgeting Portfolio Management functional and tools expertise to various government customers.

Director of Talent Management
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), serves as Director of HR for integrateIT. Allen graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Information Systems and later from the University of Maryland Global Campus with a M.S. in Information Technology. Allen worked as a Software Developer at Sprint and Lockheed Martin prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton as a Business Process Management Consultant. Over the past 14 years with integrateIT Allen has lead multiple teams responsible for a variety of project/portfolio implementations and served as a subject matter expert in an enterprise-wide project management suite. As Director of HR, Allen oversees the onboarding and offboarding of all employees as well as managing their professional growth.

Lee Iovino was graduated from Towson University with a degree in Mass Communications, and studied Human Factors & Applied Cognition at George Mason University. He has served as a recruiter for the Intelligence Community, DoD and Commercial sectors since 1998. In his spare time, he serves as a volunteer rugby coach for a non-profit recreation league designed for economic and social inclusion.
Lee joined INTEGRATEIT in 2013.
