Project Control Officer show / hide description
The Project Control Officer (PCO) is a mid-level project manager with a plethora of PM/SI responsibilities. The PCO is responsible for the creation and maintenance of project management documentation, including weekly PRB slides, monthly contractor status reports, ad hoc program briefings, and PRF deliverables. The PCO will be directly responsible for managing and updating the program's master schedule and WBS template, creating cost estimates, and providing earned value metrics and analysis. The PCO serves as the programs risk manager, which includes creating and maintaining the project risk register and chairing and archiving the weekly risk management meetings. The PCO manages and maintains the program's action item list and is responsible for briefing the status of the action items to Senior Management. The PCO often represents the program at program level meetings, where responsibilities include oral presentations and creating meeting minutes and action item reports.
Job requirements include strong oral and written skills and the ability to work independently and in groups. A financial background and experience with Primavera Project Manager is a plus.

Responsible for leading a project team in delivering technical solutions to clients on schedule and within budget. Responsible for overall project performance, including scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Apply project management methodologies for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Manage all project resources and establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the client, stakeholders, and management. Expected to take a leadership role to project team members, as well as promote teamwork and cooperation to achieve objectives.
Preferred candidates will be PMI certified and have at least 5 years experience in project management. Experience with Primavera's project management tools is a plus.

Systems Engineer show / hide description
Identify, analyze, define, and coordinate user, customer and stakeholder needs and translates them into technical requirements. Assist clients in expressing their needs in terms that can be used to generate valid requirements. Help clients identify technology solutions with the potential to improve business processes. Work with stakeholders as well as technical and analytical counterparts to define constraints, and develop requirements and concept of operations documentation. Assist in the identification of best-fit technical solutions for client needs. Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide conceptual design, prototype, and test cycles appropriate to a chosen technical solution. Identify and manage dependencies with other systems and elements of the IT infrastructure. Validate system elements and requirements. Survey products and technical infrastructure as part of the system selection process. Assess system designs to validate them against expected technical parameters. Identify hardware and applications needed to complete the development process. Develop and implement test plans for commercial off the shelf (COTS) and custom developed systems. Ensure all product and administrative documentation is completed and maintained in order to ensure continuity and historical reference. Ensure deliverables meet all relevant quality and security standards.

Oracle DBA show / hide description
Implement, performance tune, and support large database applications based upon Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, and COTS products on Windows and/or Unix Sun Enterprise Platforms. Perform logical and physical data modeling with an emphasis on optimizing system performance. Integrate databases into a networking environment based predominantly upon web applications. Design and implement strategies for data security, meta-data management, data extraction, data cleansing, data transformation, data loading, and data replication/distribution. Implement and maintain accurate configuration management records. Perform general database maintenance activities to include backup and recovery using RMAN, capacity planning, and user account/access management.

Systems Integrator show / hide description
Provide a total system perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components for a project. Must be knowledgeable in computer systems and gathering/identifying requirements. Must be knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Create, craft and/or review program documentation, generate formal review documentation and participate in system and program reviews. Must be able to build detailed project cost estimates, schedules, and WBSs. Reviews program plans, identifies inconsistencies. Coordinates, supports, and participates in program meetings and reviews.

Application Tester show / hide description
Develop test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, test data sets, and document expected results. Map test cases to system/software requirements in a Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix. Conduct multiple cycles of functional, system, and regression testing. Conduct verification/validation testing for each software delivery. May also support certain aspects of performance/stress testing. Conduct testing to confirm that the design or execution of a system, tool or configuration item meets requirements. Document the results of testing, provide test reports, and present the results. Must have strong written communication skills with attention to details. Participate in requirements and use case analysis, design reviews, Engineering Review Boards, control gates, etc. as needed. Provide feedback on "testability" of requirements to other members of the development team. Serve as part of a team of testers working on-site with the program office, consisting of an integrated team of staff and contractors.
