Geoff Keller, President Geoff graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems. After graduation, he completed General Electric's Information Management Leadership Program at the headquarters in Fairfield, CT. He moved to the Northern Virginia area and has served in a project management role for both Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems. Geoff holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and hopes to use his experience to build integrateIT into a well respected IT Solutions provider in the DC metro area.

Jeff Fick, Sr Project Manager, HR Jeff Fick holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Northeastern State University (Oklahoma) and has served in multiple IT roles in the Defense industry on staff with the government and as a contractor. Jeff is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and enjoys the challenges that business and technology projects present. He strives to provide value and success to integrateIT clients through project-focused leadership and exceptional service. Jeff also serves as the Human Resources manager for integrateIT.

David Baldini, Project Management Consultant, CFO David graduated with a Bachelors Degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in finance and business administration. After graduation, David worked as a financial analyst at KPMG and as a financial consultant with Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton. Now a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), David presents a fresh perspective and enthusiasm for delivering value added solutions to integrateIT clients. David serves as the Chief Financial Officer for integrateIT.

Melissa Kirkpatrick, Sr. Web Developer Melissa Kirkpatrick completed an undergraduate degree in computer science and a graduate degree in software engineering from George Mason University. Prior to joining integrateIT, she served a software developer for Sapient and Northrop Grumman Information Technology/TASC. She brings a wealth of technical knowledge and leadership to integrateIT and its clients.

Michael Elmore, Sr. Project Manager Michael graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance. He served as a Financial Analyst for MCI prior to shifting his career towards project management, serving as a Systems Analyst and Project Engineer for BearingPoint and Lockheed Martin in support of their Intelligence Community customers. Mike holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and brings a broad knowledge base to integrateIT. Michael is ready to share his expertise with clients to provide exceptional IT solutions.

Allen Chang, Project Management Consultant Allen graduated with a Bachelors Degree from the Information Science School at the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in Computer Science. After graduation, Allen worked as a Software/Systems Engineer at Sprint and Lockheed Martin and as a Business Process Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Allen has recently completed a graduate degree program in Information Technology at the University of Maryland, with a concentration in Project Management and E-Commerce. Now focusing in project management, Allen hopes to bring his diverse skill set and dedication to excellence to the company and integrateIT clients.

Amanda Knudson, Project Manager Amanda holds an undergraduate degree from Valdosta State University and a graduate degree from Webster University. She is a former Air Force Communications Officer who is results-driven, quality-focused, and has over ten years of experience leading people and managing IT projects. She comes to our company from leadership roles at the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC). Amanda is currently serving as the Project Control Officer on the Data Management Initiative (DMI) contract where she provides an integrateIT client with exceptional project support.
