Geoff Keller, president and founder of integrateIt, graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems. After graduation, he completed General Electric's prestigious Information Management Leadership Program at their headquarters in Fairfield, CT. He then moved to the Northern Virginia area where he served in a project management role for both Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems prior to starting integrateIT in 2004. He spends his free time coaching and serving as the President of the Annandale North Springfield Little League. Geoff also enjoys writing his business blog, The Entrepreneurial Spirit.

Geoff Keller

David Baldini, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for integrateIT. David graduated with a Bachelors Degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in finance and business administration. After graduation, David worked as a financial analyst at KPMG and as a consultant with Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton. Over the past 10 years with integrateIT, David has collaborated with customers to manage several programs and lead a variety of portfolio management implementations. David sits on the board of the Jason Beach Foundation. He also enjoys writing about his business on his own blog, My Bizness.

David joined integrateIT in 2006.

Allen Chang, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), serves as Director of Talent Management for integrateIT.  Allen graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Information Systems and later from the University of Maryland University College with a M.S. in Information Technology. Allen worked as a Developer at Sprint and Lockheed Martin before joining Booz Allen Hamilton as a Business Process Management Consultant. Over the past 9 years with integrateIT Allen has provided Primavera Project Management and Portfolio Management implementation support for a variety of Customers.

Katie Keller, integrateIT director of human resources, graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Chemical Engineering. After graduation, she began a career in the oil & gas industry where she has spent the past 15 years working in the Northern Virginia area. She took over the integrateIT HR responsibilities in 2011 in a part-time capacity. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three boys and spends a great deal of her time at the little league fields.  
Tim Keller joined integrateIT in 2010 and has worked as the company’s Director of IT since 2014. Since joining the company, he has been responsible for corporate IT strategies, systems, and infrastructure. He has worked in both the private and public IT sectors creating applications to meet a wide range of customer needs since 2005. Over the past six years with integrateIT, Tim has been developing innovative, full-stack solutions for finance and training applications for client use. He has also led the development of integrateIT's customizable small business intranet product. Tim Keller graduated from George Mason University with a BS in Decision Sciences/Management Information Systems.
